Products, prices and orders
Prices are shown in GBP. Any taxes, delivery charges or other amounts that apply to your order will be shown before you submit it. Product descriptions and images are provided to help you choose; check the selected size, colour and other options before ordering. If a product or price contains an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the affected order or arrange an appropriate refund if payment has already been taken.
Submitting an order is a request to buy the selected products. The order confirmation will show the details received by the store. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items.
Payment and delivery
Payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout. We deliver free to England, Scotland and Wales, including their islands; delivery is not available to Northern Ireland or the Crown Dependencies. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery usually taking a further 1–5 business days after dispatch. Further delivery information is on the Delivery page.
